Mid-century crystal decanter with emerald green overlay

Vintage 1960's, mouth-blown crystal with green overlay, the cut to clear décor is later grinded by hand using different grinding wheels. And the decanter is subsequently hand polished. West Germany, 33cm H x 11cm L.
